We are using the plugin in our WP website, but this is not activated. Some issue we are facing, ie displaying null… We have already sent mail last day. But We did not get any solution…

Now please let me know what we have to do, if possible can we do one call setup with your developers to check the issue. This is very very high priority. Client is very much frustrated due to this issue. They cant run the business.
